How To Get Back Into The Workout Groove

Last month was all about eating healthier, this month it’s all about finding the perfect workout routine. So the question that I ask myself over and over is how do I get back in the groove when I’ve  strayed off course with a health regimen for so long.  Well, there is no secret or special formula for this.  You just have to get up and start, here a couple of things that’s helping me get back into the workout groove.
Workout Clothes- Let’s face it; there’s nothing like fun/chic athletic wear to inspire us to sweat. If you know there’s a fly pair of sneakers, some super cute leggings and a comfortable sports bra waiting for you to slip on, you’re automatically given a healthy dose of sartorial excitement. These days workout clothes have reached soaring new heights of cuteness and comfort, which explains the spawning of “Athleisure“ collections. I’m currently obsessed with Catherines’ active wear line. The sports bras are super comfortable and offer great support for 42ddd’s size breast. Catherines’ also has the best hands down workout leggings and yoga pants with an elastic waistband for a custom fit, thank me later.
 Create A Playlist- Music has the potential to get you excited and mentally prepared for your workout and may even help last a little longer and go harder than you would without tunes. The relationship between music and exercise has shown that music may help distract exercisers from discomfort due to exercise. If I don’t have music, I can’t work out and that’s- that. 

Set Fitness Goals- Set weekly fitness goals and track your progress.  Studies have shown that those who regularly track their progress are much more likely to accomplish their fitness goals. Who doesn’t want to track their progress, it’s a major confidence booster.

Create A Workout Plan- You should always have a game plan so you don’t have to figure out what to do once you start. Not having a workout plan can make your workouts less effective but will also confuse your body.
