So have you heard? Avenue just launched their little sister brand called Loreatte which is geared towards curvy girls ages 25 to 35 in sizes 14-24. This is one more win for us curvy girls. I love fashion-focused brands who cater to curvy and confident women and it looks like Loralette is just that. At first glance, this collection definitely markets to casual girls like myself along with the boho babes, you’ll also find sexy/form fitting apparel. I was able to try out a couple of items from this collection, check out my thoughts below.
My Thoughts:
This collection is definitely for casual/chic girls like myself. I was a little iffy about sizing but decided to try a mixture of 2x’s and 3x’s. For the most part, this collection runs true to size. I’m a size 20/22 and carry most of my weight in my stomach and thighs. The 2x tops and dresses fit me perfectly, in the jeans I’m rocking a size 22 and probably could have sized down to a 20; they’re super comfy.
Outfit One Boho Babe: I love any and everything off the shoulder. I love the pattern on this off the shoulder top and the crochet trim is an added plus.
Outfit 70’s Vibe: Who said curvy girls can’t rock stripes? This striped jumpsuit is super comfy and I love how it flows.
